Everything bad causes global warning

Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore warned hundreds of U.N. diplomats and staff on Thursday evening about the perils of climate change, claiming: Cigarette smoking is a "significant contributor to global warming!

That’s not ridiculous or anything.  In fact, it got me thinking, I’m causing some global warming right now.  But I’m not smoking.  Must be last night’s dinner.  In the future, when we can record smells digitally, I’ll send them to Al Gore and let him be the judge.

Things you didn’t know your cell phone could do

A few good things to know about your cell phone.  For example, if you have a car remote:

If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their cell phone from your cell phone. Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away,and if you can reach someone who has the other “remote” for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk). Note: It works fine! I’ve tried it and it unlocked my car over a cell phone!

The New Vandalism?

A graffiti artist in Britain started cleaning dirt off walls to create images (think a wash me sign on the windshield of a dirty car). Some authorities have called it vandalism. I hate authorities. They should add retarded as a synonym for authorities on thesaurus.com

The lonesome (and vengeful) punter

Mitch Cozad, who had been a sophomore from Wheatland, Wyo., allegedly attacked starting punter Rafael Mendoza in a parking lot in Evans on Monday night, Evans police Lt. Gary Kessler said.

A university employee associated with the athletic department who asked to remain anonymous, told the Greeley Tribune that Cozad, who was wearing a hood over his head, attacked Mendoza from behind, stabbing him in his right leg.
